They are the de rigueur accompaniment to New Haven-style pizza sold throughout the region, and are also served at Louis’ Lunch, the truly legendary restaurant known not only as the first hamburger restaurant in the United States, but as the oldest operating one as well. Now the secret is out, and Foxon Park beverages are being found as far south as Florida and west as California. From recipes passed on from generation to generation, Foxon Park sodas remain a family owned tradition.
