Waialua Root Beer is one of five flavors offered by the Waialua Soda Works. Founded in 2003, the soda works revives the Hawaiian bottling tradition using all natural flavors and sweeteners like Maui Brand natural white cane sugar and Big Island vanilla. In Waialua Root Beer the vanilla features prominently with the cane sugar as the dominant flavors. Subtler sassafras and other root beer flavors also come through accenting the sweet vanilla.
